We've noticed a trend with kids' parties. They're a lot more fun when everyone is having a good time. That's why we've reimagined the standard birthday package at MiniTown – we cater to the needs of kids and their parents with excellent food and comfort for everyone.

Organising a kids' party can feel like a lot of work, and we know you want to get it right. Wouldn't it be nice if you could unwind a little once you're there? With MiniTown's excellent range of party rooms and play equipment, throwing an unforgettable party is easy.

Better yet, once you're here, you can enjoy yourself with barista-made coffee, varied food options and a comfortable space to relax. MiniTown is proud to be a favourite among pre-schoolers and their parents.

Everything you need to know about booking and running a party at MiniTown.

Can I bring my own cake or decorations?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake and decorations. Just let us know in advance.

What if the number of guests is yet to be confirmed?

We suggest booking a room size that fits all your guests. Only half of the package cost is required during booking. Once you have received your RSVPs, you may confirm the number of guests so we can provide the right amount of food.

Are we allowed to bring decorations for the party?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your decorations to create an unforgettable party. We can also help with supplying decorations for themed parties. Don't hesitate to contact us via email or phone.

Do you provide goodie bags for the party?

Unfortunately we don't. Please BYO.

How far in advance should I book a party?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Are school holidays considered public holidays for party charges?

We charge school holidays the same as regular days, unless they overlap with a public holiday.

Can I book the entire venue for a private function?

Yes, our venue is available for private hire, including birthdays, playgroups, and celebrations. Get in touch to learn more about availability and packages.

Do you host birthday parties or private events?

Yes! We love hosting celebrations. We offer party packages and venue hire for birthdays, baby showers, and more.

Is there a deposit required for party bookings?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount depends on the chosen package.

Are there any themed party options available?

Yes! We offer fun party themes like forest, ocean, dinosaur, and space. We also have an Ultimate Party Room that's not pre-decorated, allowing families to customise it with their own preferred theme and decorations.

Are the birthday child and parents included in the party package headcount?

Yes, the capacity numbers include the birthday child and the parents.

Can I hire an entertainer for my party? Is face painting allowed?

Absolutely! You can hire an entertainer for your party. Face painting is also allowed, just not on any other part of the body.

For the party group train, how many times can the group ride?

This depends on how many kids are in the party. We will ensure all kids have a chance to play once.

How old is considered a kid for a party?

Kids who sit at the kids' table are suggested to be under 9 years old.

Can I hold a party without a food package for kids and adults?

All our party packages include food for kids and adults to ensure a worry-free party experience.

What if there is not enough food for the party?

You are welcome to order more food from our cafe. Please note that fruit platter, sushi and beef burger have to be pre-ordered in advance.

Do you do any halal or vegetarian parties?

Yes, we do our best to cater to your guests. Our wedges, nuggets and burgers are halal. You can also order our fish fingers, salt and pepper calamari and tempura prawns.

Can I customise the party menu?

Absolutely. We have standard kids' party menus, but we're happy to adjust for allergies or preferences.

Are we allowed to bring our own food or drinks to the party? What about a birthday cake?

Absolutely. Though we provide ample food in all our party packages, you're welcome to bring your own cake, decorations, or even extra snacks. However, alcohol is prohibited at MiniTown. We only ask that everything is packed up at the end of your booking time.
